英語で: Another, more famous, Japanese superfood is Matcha tea. This tea, high in antioxidants, is claimed to be good for the liver and heart and help with slimming down. It is also thought to have anti-biotic properties, so it is traditionally served as a drink with sushi as an insurance against the quality of the raw fish being not quite as high as it is supposed to be.
